Nothing Phone (2) gets improved with the Nothing OS 2.5.3 update

Recently, Nothing introduced the new famous midrange smartphone, Nothing Phone (2a). Meanwhile, the Nothing Phone (2) was released in July 2023 with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. A couple of days ago, Nothing updated its Phone 2a, and now a new update is rolling out for Nothing’s flagship smartphone, the Phone 2.

The latest Nothing OS 2.5.3 update is now rolling out for Nothing Phone 2. The update comes with new improvements and fixes. With the software update, companies try to provide better software performance for users to enhance user experiences.

With the latest update, Nothing added an option for the Nothing Icon Pack to be applied only to the home screen to improve accessibility in the App Drawer. Also, now you can scroll through pages on the home screen while holding app icons for a more intuitive experience while organising icons.

The update also comes with many fixes and improvements, including fixing an issue with car Bluetooth media players. Optimised animations in certain scenarios for smoother transitions. Updated Android Security patch version to April 2024. Resolved system stability issues to enhance overall performance.
