The May 2024 security patch is one of the standard security updates that AIMS uses to enhance the overall system mechanisms of the devices so they can protect user data from external threats.
According to the official documentation, the May 2024 security patch will introduce more than 50 different fixes that will resolve the issues found in previous updates. Specifically, Google has introduced 31 fixes that will resolve issues related to the Android ecosystem. Along with this, Samsung has introduced 25 extra fixes that will enhance the security of Galaxy devices.
